Get Hydrated Before and After Your Workouts
People have the tendency to drink water during exercises, and cold water at that. What they don’t realize is that this is not a very healthy habit as serious conditions can result from this. During workouts, our inner body is heats up to levels that are higher than what is felt on the surface. Imagine an automobile that has been running for about an hour. If you pour cold water on to it’s machine, the hot and cold mixture will cause the machine to break down. Now imagine your body, going through same ordeal.
So before engaging in exercises with high level workouts like Air Climber, make sure that you drink water 15 minutes before and after your workouts.
