If you have a business toll free number – then that’s a service that you pay for – and they provide the message. However, when you are just starting out, it would be best to work on this yourself for at least 2 weeks to verify that your advertising is working. there is a lot od scam and copy business website on ebay. the question all the ebay website internate business is it for real or fake. what i like to know is this website caop and scam on al of them. becuase i see a ot of bids on some website business, plus are the people who bid them are partners, friends and family to join the ebay website just fake bidders just to bust the bid rate up or what. is thiese and scam. what i like to know is a search engines or affiliate and pay-per-click that is completely automated website business to run, with all the website business on ebay is this for real. plus the key things is advertise thta is very costly to do. what is the catch on this ebay websiet business. i like and a professional return masage not a website builder or scam answer.

What should I expect to pay an accountant for a business tax return(NC, 1 person business)?

Can anyone give me a general idea of what I might expect to pay an accountant to file my business tax return? What are the typical hourly rates in central NC? A rough idea of how many hours it would take to file for a 1 person consulting business with an automated payroll? I know there are a lot of variable here, any general info would be helpful.

There’s no possible way to say. The bill will depend entirely upon the amount of time and work involved. If you walk in with a complete set of financial statements and depreciation schedules set up to IRS requirements it won’t be too much. But if you walk in with a dozen shoe boxes full of receipts it could run into thousands.

You say that it’s "a 1 person consulting business with an automated payroll" and that would indicate that you’ve formed a corporation (since a one-person sole proprietorship would not have payroll). Figure at least $200 – $300 for the corporate return alone and that’s if no work is needed other than to transfer the numbers from your financial statements to the return. A bit more if it’s an S-Corp and K-1s have to be generated. Your personal return would just be a basic W-2 wage-earner return, plus the K-1 if it’s an S-Corp, so probably $100 – $150 for that if you are not itemizing. If the accountant has to generate the financial statements first, the sky’s the limit depending upon the work involved.

Is anyone else annoyed by the "we know that your time is valuable" automated mesages that businesses have?

If they really cared all that much about how valuable our time is, wouldn’t they be doing more to shorten the time that people are put on hold or, at the very least, have a real person peiodically pick up the phone to check to see if we’re still on the line instead of looping an automated message?

I’ve got one even better than that…I called a telephone company to get new service…after their automated…choose this…choose that…etc…I was put on hold…I waited two hours and forty five minutes for someone to answer the telephone…when the person answered the phone, I politely asked if they were really THAT busy…they hung up on me. I called back and it was almost five hours before anyone answered…so, I reported the first guy and ordered the service…and, it is a MAJOR carrier…go figure…we must be back to…I’m the only telephone service in town and you’d better damn well believe it…lol…

I need documents from a local business in Oxfordshire that i can use for myICT A Level coursework and need documents in order to talk about how the company publisises thing. I need 2 of either a business card, newletter, flyer, brochure, etc and also two automated documents used in your business such as a letter header, invoice or reciept, or emails in which you would send to people etc. I need a busines that can send me these before monday any one no somwehere???

ask your parents if they know of somebody, asj your father, he’ll probably welcome the excuse to nip off to the pub oin your behalf

you have more chance of getting this sort of stuff if you go in person rather than do it by remote.

Can ACI(Automated Collections inc) charge me for what an other pseron owed?

Ive recently purchased a business and aci demands i pay the amount that the previous owner owed….is this legal? What should i do?

Depends on your purchase agreement.

But, unlike personal debt, business debt CAN be assumed by the new owners.

Unless you strictly specified that you would not be liable, the business probably is. Sorry.

If the old business owes taxes, you will be liable for that too.

If the owner signed a statement saying there were no outstanding debts, he committed fraud. You could go back and have the deal undone, but you would not be able to keep the company AND it is doubtful the deadbeat will be able to give you your money back.

You need to do two things.

Tell ACI that you need proof of debt, if they don’t agree to send that right away, get their address and send them a certified letter demanding proof of the debt.

Then get you agreement/contract and go and see an attorney.
