How do I report automated telephone calls from America (the ones claiming I’ve won something)?

I am getting lots of those annoying calls – the ones that have the automated message and tell me to press 1 on my phone. I suspect they are scams AND I’m on the Do Not Call list hence believe I should not be getting these messages.

Can ACI(Automated Collections inc) charge me for what an other pseron owed?

Ive recently purchased a business and aci demands i pay the amount that the previous owner owed….is this legal? What should i do?
